The awards celebrate outstanding achievement in classical and traditional architecture, craftsmanship, and design.
This year’s winners represent the highest level of skill and creativity in the field, with projects spanning restoration and renovation, new construction, adaptive reuse, interior design, and craftsmanship. From historic preservation efforts to innovative new traditional designs, the winning projects demonstrate the enduring relevance and beauty of classical architecture in the modern built environment.
“The Palladio Awards showcase the very best in traditional design today—projects that not only honor the past but also demonstrate how classical principles continue to shape meaningful, enduring places,” said Nancy E. Berry, Editor of Traditional Building. “This year’s winners exemplify excellence in craftsmanship, proportion, and materiality, and they reinforce the vital role traditional architecture plays in creating resilient and beautiful communities.”
“At a time when the building industry is increasingly focused on speed and efficiency, the Palladio Awards remind us of the lasting value of beauty, durability, and human-centered design,” said Peter H. Miller, Publisher of Traditional Building. “These winning projects stand as benchmarks for quality and demonstrate that traditional architecture continues to evolve while maintaining its essential principles.”
Winners were selected by a distinguished panel of judges representing expertise in architecture, preservation, and traditional design, including interior designer Barbara Eberlein; David Andreozzi, Andreozzi Architecture; Richard Buchanan, Archer & Buchanan Architecture, Ltd.; Thomas Jester, Quinn Evans; Sam Olshin, AOS Architects; and preservation consultant William Young.
