Hinge Research Institute released the 2020 High Growth Study: Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Edition, which shows what practices fuel high-growth AEC firms' performance in today's uncertain environment. Among the study's findings:
- High-growth firms were 56% more likely to conduct frequent research (at least quarterly) on their target audience
- High-growth firms were nearly 3x more likely to create case stories to demonstrate experience and past performance
- High-growth firms expended 25% more effort across an array of marketing techniques, while no-growth firms expended more effort on ads.
- High-growth firms reported 50% greater marketing impact across nearly every digital and content marketing activity studied.
