Established in 2006 by husband-wife team Ben and Courtenay Gebhardt, our team has since grown to welcome 15 craft-oriented carpenters invested in a culture of mentorship.
In 2020, Ben participated in the Institute of Classical Art & Architecture Winter Intensive, and in fall of 2019 Courtenay founded Stewards of Craft, an organization dedicated to expanding access to multi-disciplinary craft education for the Building Arts in the Pacific Northwest.
We persevere in the belief that the pursuit of lifelong education in craftsmanship results in enduring structures, satisfied homeowners & patrons, and a lasting shelter for every team member who becomes a part of our legacy.
E.T. Moore, established in 1969, is the world’s largest producer of vintage heart pine products. As old mills and factories are brought down, they salvage and re-mill the heart pine beams, releasing the natural warmth and character of heart pine’s rich patina.
