Barbara Eberlein

Barbara Eberlein is a respected design leader whose career spans nearly four decades in the creative economy. She is known for bringing together diverse perspectives to foster innovation, collaboration, and meaningful community impact. Through leadership roles in cultural and educational organizations, she champions the belief that arts, culture, and education are essential foundations of society. Her work includes guiding complex initiatives, strengthening community connections, and mentoring emerging creative professionals across multiple disciplines.

Richard Buchanan

Richard D. Buchanan, AIA, co-founded Archer & Buchanan Architecture in 1996 and specializes in custom residential design, country property planning, and historic preservation. His portfolio includes equestrian facilities, adaptive reuse projects, sporting pavilions, restaurants, and recreation spaces. Known for balancing client goals, site conditions, budgets, and design excellence, he creates architecture that blends tradition with modern living. Buchanan is also active in community service and historic review organizations throughout Chester County.

David Andreozzi 

David Andreozzi founded Andreozzi Architecture in 1988, establishing a practice recognized for historically informed residential design rooted in place, proportion, and timeless beauty. He serves on several influential architectural boards and is a member of the U.S. General Services Administration’s National Register of Peer Professionals. A former national chair of AIA’s Custom Residential Architects Network, Andreozzi advocates for culturally responsible design and public appreciation of architecture through his Architectural Delight initiative.

Sam Olshin

Sam Olshin is a principal at Atkin Olshin Schade Architects. He leads the design of educational, cultural, preservation, and planning projects, contributing to many award-winning commissions throughout his career. His work includes campus renovations, master plans, feasibility studies, and new academic facilities for schools and institutions. In addition to his professional practice, he serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Growth & Structure of Cities Department at Bryn Mawr College. 

Thomas Jester

Thomas Jester, FAIA, FAPT, LEED AP, is Chief Operating Officer of Quinn Evans, where he helps guide operations, staffing, and long-term strategic growth. A nationally recognized leader in historic preservation, he has directed major restoration, modernization, and adaptive reuse projects across the United States. Jester has played a key role in advancing sustainable stewardship and inclusive design within the profession. His work has contributed to the revitalization of communities and significant historic landmarks.

William Young

William Young is a preservation specialist and former Director of Design Review for the Boston Landmarks Commission. During his distinguished public service career, he guided thousands of development projects, including major new construction and adaptive reuse initiatives. He authored the Back Bay Architectural Commission’s Commercial Guidelines and contributed to significant architectural scholarship. Since retiring from public office, Young has become a trusted consultant, advising on historically sensitive developments while promoting New England’s architectural heritage.
