Florida Victorian Architectural Salvage is a landmark institution in DeLand, Florida, dedicated to the preservation and reuse of historic building materials. Founded in 1981 by Mark Shuttleworth, the business was born out of a mission to rescue architecturally significant artifacts and building materials from demolition sites across Central Florida.

It is located at 319 East Voorhis Avenue, DeLand, FL 32724. The shop is housed in a unique complex known as "La Hacienda," which is styled after a Spanish Villa and features a large courtyard and cypress gates. Inventory: The collection is a "treasure trove" of historical pieces, including antique doors, windows, hardware, lighting fixtures, and decorative woodwork specifically from the Victorian and early 20th-century eras. Hours: Generally open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Other times (including Tuesdays and Wednesdays) are often available by appointment.

The shop functions as both a retail space and a historical archive. By salvaging details from endangered buildings, we provide homeowners and contractors with authentic materials necessary for accurate historic restoration projects.
